Description

Nippon Bare, auf 70 % poliert, wurde 2003 gebraut und über zwei Jahrzehnte im Erdlagerhaus der Gifu-Kura von Darumamasamune gelagert. Vintage-koshu von Darumamasamune reift zunächst in Tanks und dann in einzelnen Issho-Flaschen und gewinnt mit der Zeit tiefe goldamberne Farbe und milden, konzentrierten Geschmack.
