Diese Sonderedition mit unregelmäßigem Reis verwendet einen dreiteiligen süßen Moto-Starter (sanki amazake moto), eine traditionelle Milchsäuregärungstechnik, die natürliche Säure und Körper beiträgt. Gebraut bei Oujiman in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, gegründet 1724 und 2012 unter jungen Brauern, die von der Tatenokawa Brewery entsandt wurden, wiederbelebt.
