Kinmatuhakutaka von Hakutaka in Nada, Hyogo, ist eine Tokubetsu-Junmai-Expression, die sich durch besondere Reisqualität oder einen verfeinerten Poliergrad innerhalb der Reinsake-Kategorie auszeichnet. Die 1862 gegründete Brauerei, die seit 1924 alleiniger offizieller Goryoshu-Lieferant an Ise Jingu ist, verwendet Yamadanishiki-Reis und Miyamizu-Wasser für ihre gesamte Produktlinie. Das Kinmatsu-Label positioniert diesen Sake als Premium-Angebot in Hakutakas Tokubetsu-Junmai-Sortiment.
