Das Wasser stammt aus dem Oigawa-System, dem Grundwasser der Südalpen. Der Reis ist selbst angebauter Yamada Nishiki (teilweise). Als Hefe wird die Shizuoka-Hefe verwendet. Die Techniken orientieren sich am Ginjo-Stil von Shita Mori und Denbei. Der toji ist Tori Denzaburo Aoshima.
