Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namagenshu ist ein ungefilterter, unverdunnter und unpasteurisierter Junmai Ginjo von Harahonten in Hiroshima, der die gesamte rohe Energie und Konzentration des frisch gepressten Sake bewahrt. Mit dem weichen Wasser Hiroshimas und lokal angebautem Reis zeigt er ein lebhaftes, strukturiertes Mundgefuhl mit fruchtigen Aromen und milder Saure, typisch fur die Hiroshima-Ginjo-Hefe der Brauerei. Die muroka-Behandlung (ungefiltert) erhalt seine naturliche Farbe und seinen vollmundigen, unzahmbaren Charakter.
