Dieser Junmai Daiginjo Namashu wird in sechs Stufen aus Gohyakumangoku (48 % poliert), der in Echizen-Ohno unter Vertrag angebaut wird, sowie dem berühmten Wasser von Echizen-Ohno hergestellt. Geschmack und Aroma werden langsam bei Niedrigtemperaturfermentation eingeschlossen. Es handelt sich um einen frischen, unpasteurisierten Sake.
