Diese 1778 gegründete Brauerei, deren junger toji Kodai Kato eine Goldmedaille beim Nationalen Japan Sake-Wettbewerb gewann, bringt denselben Wettbewerbsstandard in diesen selten angebotenen Ausdruck ein.
