Dieser nach der Bichuryu-Tradition gebraute Daiginjo, dem technischen Stil der Bitchu-Toji mit zurückhaltendem Aroma, reichem Umami, niedrigen Aminosäuren und einem leichten, sauberen Abgang ohne Fehltöne, ist auf 50% poliert mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 14%. Das Flaggschiff dieser Okayama-Brauerei gewann drei Jahre in Folge, 2015 bis 2017, den höchsten Goldpreis beim Wine Glass de Oishii Nihonshu Award.
