Azumarikishi Junmai Ginjo

Diesen Sake bewerten
🍶
Description

Brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice in Tochigi prefecture and aged in a cave, this junmai ginjo is filtered through charcoal only once before bottling for a mellow, moderately fruit forward character. Pale in color, it offers aromas of red apple skin and river stone with a silky, fruit driven palate carrying delicate mineral and yeast notes through a well balanced, lengthy finish.
