Bei Shimizuya Shuzo in 600-kg-Chargen mit verlängerter Niedrigtemperaturgärung fermentiert, drückt er das Terroir der östlichen Gunma-Ebenen durch hohe Säure und frische, sich entwickelnde Fruchtnoten aus.
