Description

Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 40%, is the foundation of this daiginjo from Kochi Prefecture's Suisenshuzou, bottled under the Momonohanasaku label. Kochi sake is traditionally associated with a dry, clean style, and the daiginjo grade's extreme polishing yields an elegant, highly refined sake.
