增田酒造店创立于1893年(明治26年),品牌名"满寿泉"取自"满"字与酒名"泉",寓意涌泉不竭。酒藏所在的岩濑地区曾是活跃于日本海的北前船的港町,如今在保留历史风貌的建筑中,开设了新式酒铺、法式餐厅、玻璃工坊与陶艺工房。以神秘的富山湾滋养的鱼类为灵感,在严冬中酿造的酒,与食材相互映衬,追求"以水与米究竟能做出多少"这一永恒命题。
