A namachozo (raw-stored) sake from Tosatsuru Sake Brewing in Kochi, polished to 70% and stored at sub-zero temperatures to preserve the fresh fragrance of the newly pressed sake until release. Available seasonally from April through September, it is brewed to a sake meter value of +5 with an acidity of 1.2, producing a dry, light-bodied style suited to chilled serving.
