Koufukuno Mizuumi Lacus Felicitatis is part of Koueigiku Shuzo's barrel-aged series, named for a lunar lake. This cask-matured sake follows the brewery's exploration of sherry and other barrel types to develop complex, age-derived character beyond conventional sake profiles.
