1862年创业的高桥酒造,应用伊势神宫奉纳制法的古式二段仕込酿制的纯米酒。使用铃鹿山系的伏流水,以柑橘系的清爽香气与乳酸系的复杂香气、微发泡的轻盈口感为特征,是酒精度12度的餐前酒。
