俳圣松尾芭蕉出生地附近、伊贺市一家小型家族经营酒藏,将山田锦磨至50%精米步合,以秋田式花酵母AK-1酿制的大吟酿。采用袋榨与瓶杀菌的限量生产方式,比起纯粹的香气更注重均衡的风味,曾荣获全国鉴评会金奖。
