Ginban Namaginjo uses Yamada Nishiki in an unpasteurized (nama) ginjo from Ginban Shuzo in Toyama, preserving the fresh, vibrant character of the brewing season. Tateyama Mountain snowmelt water and the cold Toyama climate support a clean, lively nama ginjo with the mineral clarity of alpine snowmelt.
