Produced by Sekihara Sake Brewery in Nagaoka, Niigata, this kyohoshu (fortified sake with added fruit) is themed around the famous Nagaoka fireworks festival, one of Japan's largest. Made using nihonshu as a base with Kyoho grape juice, it carries the festive identity of the Echigo Nagaoka Domain and is best served chilled.
