Description

Dai Shinshu Junmai Ginjo N.A.C. Hitogokochi uses Hitogokochi polished to 59%, the Nagano-developed sake rice certified by the Nagano Agricultural Center and grown by contract farmers for Daishinshu Shuzo. Self-cultivated yeast and Northern Alps snowmelt water complement the rice's characteristic clean, apple-note character in this pure ginjo expression.
