G is an Oregon craft sake produced by SakéOne in Forest Grove, where the founder chose the site for the exceptional soft water on the east slope of the coastal range. The G stands for genshu, meaning the sake is bottled at full cask strength without dilution, and in 2017 it became the first American craft sake ever exported to Japan.
