It is a clear land of the four seasons, as if it is more than 30 degrees in summer and below freezing in winter. In search of refreshing air and clean water, local brewers are united in a clean warehouse and brewing sake. In pursuit of the original taste of the rice, the sake that is hand -made gently with Yamagata prefecture original sake rice and yeast is loved by the local area as a rich and tasteful sake that does not get tired.
