Founded 1890. The "Yamato" of "Yamato Sakura" means the ancient Japan "Wa", and since the cherry blossoms are a representative flower of "Wa", it has the meaning that it will be a representative of Japan. I am. The west is in the center of the Shonai Plain, Yamagata Prefecture, surrounded by Sea of Japan, and the east is Shaba Sanzan. It is a clear land of the four seasons, as if it is more than 30 degrees in summer and below freezing in winter. In search of refreshing air and clean water, local brewers are united in a clean warehouse and brewing sake. In pursuit of the original taste of the rice, the sake that is hand -made gently with Yamagata prefecture original sake rice and yeast is loved by the local area as a rich and tasteful sake that does not get tired.
