From the brewery
It is the closest sake brewery to Mt. Kiso Ontake. Utilizing the blessings of nature, we use Nagano -produced rice carefully selected, and continue to look for the taste of handmade in Kiso and grew up in Kiso while reconsidering the process of one process. While conveying the wonderfulness of hometown, we continue to protect traditional culture with the spirit of "selling", "buying" and "good world".
