Huuetuseiran is brewed by Nakazen Shuzoten, a small-scale brewery founded in 1865 in Kiso-Fukushima, a historic post town nestled in the lush Kiso Valley of Nagano Prefecture. With an annual output of around 500 koku, the brewery operates on a tight, handcrafted scale, using carefully selected Nagano rice and drawing on the natural bounty of the surrounding mountain environment. Nakazen Shuzoten remains committed to producing sake that reflects the local character of the Kiso region.
