Honjozo brewed with Matsuyama Mii rice polished to 70% at Ehime's only sake brewery in the Dogo Onsen district, founded in 1895. Bottled as an undiluted genshu, it carries the full-bodied character of uncut sake while retaining the region's soft, aromatic style.
