Hatakeyama Sake Brewery has been founded for over 180 years. Imajojuku, which is nodded by the store, has a prosperous history as a key point of the Northern Koku Kaido, which played an important role in interacting with culture, people, and goods. Imajojuku is said to have taken a break through the highway, such as Matsuo Basho, Kinuki, Nobunaga Oda, Katsuie Shibata, and Hideyoshi Toyotomi. The founder of Omotoyama Eiheiji Temple, Dogen Zen, was told that he healed his tired body with the wisdom of wisdom that gushed in the valley to rest his tired body over the pass, and the "healing water" that overlaps in the post town is "wisdom."
