Toranoko

Ide Shuzo, established in 1868 in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, chose the name Toranoko, meaning tiger cub, to express the same fierce affection a tiger shows its young and the ambition for the brand to travel as far and wide as the tiger runs. Brewed through long-term low-temperature fermentation, Toranoko has earned numerous gold awards at sake competitions and is particularly known for its fruity ginjo aroma and clean drinkability.
