Daiginjo milled to 35% from Yamada Nishiki, the flagship premium expression of the Toranoko line from Ide Shuzo in Ureshino, Saga. Pressed using the fukuro-tsuri bag-drip method with no applied pressure, it captures an opulent melon aroma and luxurious texture at 17% ABV.
