Description

Honjozo milled to 60% from Yamada Nishiki, brewed by Ide Shuzo in Ureshino, Saga, a brewery founded in 1868 at the foot of the Kyushu Mountains in an area famed for hot springs and tea cultivation. Long cold fermentation yields a clean, lightly dry style at 15% ABV.
