Sake Brand
Tateyama
Founded in 1830 in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, Tateyama Brewing takes its name from one of Japan's three sacred mountains and uses spring water filtered through granite from the Shogawa River system. The brewery built a national reputation in the 1930s and has since earned gold medals at the National New Sake Competition and IWC GOLD awards in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Its sake is known for a clear, light, and crisp dry character balanced by full-bodied umami.
