TATEYAMA BREWING CO.

Toyama
Founded in 1830 (1830). Established in 1873. The largest sake brewing company in the prefecture, which is located in the Tonami Plain in western Toyama Prefecture. The alcoholic name named after the "Tateyama" peak, which is one of the three famous mountains in Japan, is based on quality pursuit, and the underground water from the Shogawa water system is prepared as water, all of which were voluntarily sorted by rice -friendly rice and color selection machines. Raw rice is used. The sake made from there is supported and evaluated by Ishikawa and Toyama citizens. In recent years, it has been developed mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and in the last 10 years, the 10th Gold Award for Remarks, the National Tax Appraisal, the German State National Apprente, 10th Gold Award (H20 -H28 H28 Exhibition Measures) and IWC "IWC". "SAKE section" has been evaluated in various fields, including 2017, 2017, 2019 and GOLD awards.
