Founded in 1875, Sennenichi Shuzo has been brewing sake for over 140 years on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, a place steeped in Japanese mythology as the first island created by the gods. The small oceanview brewery holds to traditional hand-crafted methods inside its historic building, producing sake with integrity from mountain and sea-blessed local ingredients. Among its offerings, the gold medal-winning Chiyonoenishi stands as the brewery's most celebrated expression.
