Ranman

Ranman is brewed by Akita Meijyo Co., Ltd. in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, drawing on the traditions of the Sannnai toji lineage — one of Japan's five great master brewer schools. The brewery practices slow, cold-temperature fermentation suited to Akita's frigid winters, and has grown its own sake rice on contract fields since adding farm-to-bottle cultivation to its work. Ranman has earned gold prizes at the National New Sake Appraisal multiple times and is recognized in markets across Japan and abroad.
