Motooinomatsu

Motooinomatsu is brewed by Higashiida Shuzoten, a brewery established in 1865 in Shinonoi, Nagano City, whose sake brewery, earthen storehouse, and ancillary buildings are registered as National Tangible Cultural Properties. The brewery has been a beloved local institution for over 150 years and has pursued modern outreach, including sake with labels featuring the local Oshino-san mascot, to make its craft accessible to new generations. Its Matsumidori expression, brewed by the current owner's daughter, has drawn wide attention for its light ginjo aroma.
