Masuda Shuzoten, founded in 1893 in Toyama City, pioneered ginjo-style brewing in Japan, producing what would become nationally known as Ginjo no Masuizumi at a time when the category was barely recognized. The house motto, to pursue beautiful taste because only those with beautiful food culture can create beautiful sake, has guided the brewery for over a century, and Masuizumi daiginjo is celebrated for its floral, fruity, and mineral depth.
