Kinoene
Iinuma Honke, one of Chiba Prefecture's oldest sake breweries with a history of approximately 400 years in Shisui Town, produces the Kinoene brand from a site whose very place name is said to derive from a legend of sake-flowing wells. Current head Kiichiro Iinuma, who took over in 1981, shifted the brewery's focus from volume to quality, investing in a proprietary flat-milling rice machine and computerized fermentation tanks with precise temperature control. In April 2023, the flagship label Kinoene Masamune was redesigned and relaunched as Kinoene, signaling a new era for the brand.

Very complex. It was not dry than expected more fresh, umami aftertaste.
