Kanazawa Nakamuraya is produced by Nakamura Shuzo, a brewery with roots dating to the early 1800s in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, established during the height of samurai culture in one of Japan's most artistically refined cities. The brewery uses sake rice cultivated in the Noto region and draws water from the snowmelt aquifer at the base of Mt.
