Sake Nunoya Honkin Shuzo was established in 1756 in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture, and is one of the five breweries that form the celebrated Suwa Gokura brewing cluster, where cold winters, local rice, and the crystal-clear waters of the Kirigamine Highlands above Lake Suwa have shaped sake production for centuries. The brewery's historic building continues to draw visitors for tastings, and its Kaze Sayaka expression has earned consistent praise for its fruity character.
