Chiyomusubi

Founded in 1865 in the port city of Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery draws its name from the idea of eternal bonds between people. Over 90% of the rice used is sourced from within Tottori Prefecture, including rare local varieties such as Goriki and Torikeisake #105, alongside celebrated sake rice. The brewery has earned Gold Medals at the National New Sake Appraisal and multiple international accolades at competitions including the London Sake Challenge and Kura Master.
