Junmai ginjo muroka namagenshu (não filtrado, não pasteurizado, não diluído) elaborado com Tomi no Kaori, uma variedade proprietária de arroz para sake da Prefeitura de Toyama desenvolvida pelo cruzamento de Yamada Nishiki com Oyama Nishiki, polido a 60% na Yoshinotomo Shuzo. A levedura de flor de macieira de Uozu, desenvolvida pelo Instituto de Pesquisa de Alimentos de Toyama, contribui com acidez vibrante e doçura limpa e suculenta, engarrafado sem filtração ou diluição para preservar toda a frescura.
