Sanintogo Kimoto Junmai Namagenshu Kyoryoku é produzido com o Kyoryoku, uma antiga variedade de arroz de Tottori revivida pela Fukura Shuzo após décadas à beira da extinção. O método kimoto amplifica o caráter terroso e distinto do arroz, produzindo um nama genshu robusto, rico em ácido lático, que exibe o raro patrimônio agrícola de Tottori.
