Nomeado em homenagem à formação rochosa Sanbaseki, um marco natural característico em Fujioka, Gunma, este sake é produzido na Tajima Shuzoten, cuja marca foi posteriormente revivida pela Matsuya Brewery em 2022. Elaborado com arroz nacional polido a 60%, o estilo direto reflete a cultura tradicional de sake cotidiano dos contrafortes de Kanto. A doçura suave cede espaço a um final seco e limpo.
