Tsuneyutaka é um raro arroz de Ibaraki revivido a partir de sementes preservadas na Universidade de Kyushu, cujo nome expressa o desejo de prosperidade duradoura na região de Hitachi. Polido a 55% e produzido com levedura de fermentação curta da Universidade de Agricultura de Tóquio, oferece aromas sutis e paladar limpo e suave, com final frutado e refrescante.
