Kusugiku Junmai Ginjo é um ginjo de arroz puro da Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery, em Miyako Town, Fukuoka, feito com arroz Omachi polido a 55% e a água subterrânea rica em minerais da bacia do Rio Imagawa. O umami profundo e a textura encorpada característicos do Omachi distinguem este sake dos ginjo à base de Yamadanishiki, conferindo-lhe uma elegância densa e harmoniosa com alimentos.
