Kusugiku Ginjoshu é um ginjo da Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery, em Miyako Town, Fukuoka, produzido com arroz polido a pelo menos 60% e a água subterrânea rica em minerais da bacia do Rio Imagawa, ao pé do Monte Hikosan. Equilibra um aroma ginjo frutado e suave com o corpo mais cheio e assertivo característico da tradição sake da região de Buzen.
