Batizado de Buaisō, que significa algo como insociável, ele entrega aromas de maçã e melão, textura sedosa e doçura sutil de arroz com profundidade refinada, fermentado com o fermento Ogawa (Kyokai No. 10) para o perfil característico de baixa acidez e limpeza da linha Kudoki Jozu.
