Ginjo nama (não pasteurizado) do Kikubummei pela Kitamura Jozo em Hiroshima, engarrafado fresco sem tratamento térmico para preservar os aromáticos vibrantes. A água mole de Hiroshima permite uma fermentação suave que amplifica a fragrância do ginjo, e o formato não pasteurizado entrega essa fragrância em seu estado mais vivo e inalterado.
