Keisen Tokubetsu Junmaishu Konkon é um tokubetsu junmai da Hasamaya Sake Brewery na Cidade de Kurihara, Miyagi, polido a 55% e concebido para harmonizar amplamente com sashimi, hot pot e pratos de carne. O nome Konkon faz referência à água de nascente que flui abundantemente nas terras altas de Kurikoma, que abastece a cervejaria, enraizada na tradição do sake de Miyagi. Equilibra suave doçura, acidez limpa e delicado umami proveniente da água das nascentes da montanha.
