Junmainigorizake Kajokotobuki Namazumeshu é um junmai turvo da Kotobuki Toraya Shuzo, pasteurizado uma vez antes do engarrafamento no estilo namazume para equilibrar frescor e estabilidade. O caráter nigori provém do sedimento deixado no sake, conferindo uma textura cremosa ao lado dos sabores de arroz puro. Este sake de Yamagata ocupa o meio-termo entre o namasake totalmente cru e as versões pasteurizadas duas vezes.
