Elaborado cuidadosamente com a levedura Associação 1801, usada nos sakes de exposição da cervejaria. Este Junmai Ginjo apresenta um aroma exuberante e um perfil refrescante no paladar. Recebeu o Prêmio de Platina no KURAMASTER 2018 e o Prêmio de Ouro em 2019, ambos realizados em Paris, França.
